Oil and Gas: Assisted our clients with merger and acquisition, transition for information services programs, and supplier agreements including enhancing supply chain management workflow, strategies, and programs. Driving success through vendor strategy, vendor and program assessment, and contract negotiations.
Health Care: Assisted the IT executive leadership team with the consolidation of thirteen regional health authorities comprising of 10,000 employees and multiple clinical systems into one provincial wide health authority. The Consolidation involved establishing one central IT division, IT business transformation and negotiation of complex enterprise procure to pay, payroll outsourcing, and infrastructure outsourcing. In addition, we led the negotiations of patient care systems such as personal health records including regional and enterprise care systems such as ICU, EMS, Lab, Radiology, and Pharmacy solutions.
